Fast, easy veneers can make a remarkable difference in your smile. If you’re unhappy with the shape, color, or spacing of your teeth, our dentists can combine their skill and artistry to bring about a dramatic change, usually in just two office visits.

Veneers are very thin, translucent facings that are applied to your front teeth and look completely natural, though they’re made of very durable porcelain. Your veneers will be perfectly matched, in shape and color, to your ideal of a dazzling new smile—one that will last for years.

Getting veneers is fast and painless. The first step is to meet with your dentist, who will consider a host of factors— face shape, bite, oral health, coloring, and more. He or she will listen to your goals and answer all your questions. To prepare your teeth to receive the veneers, they usually are lightly buffed and an impression is taken. From that, your veneers will be carefully custom-crafted. On your final visit, your teeth will be thoroughly cleaned and your veneers will be permanently bonded in place.

A Single dental implant-supported crown has been the standard of care and the ideal solution for replacing a single missing natural tooth. The concept of “immediate or delayed implant placement” to restore missing single tooth has been very successful and highly predictable treatment solution. In this context, the Crown will be directly connected and supported by a cylinder shape biologically-compatible titanium alloy anchor that acts like the root of a natural tooth. This allows the implant-supported singe crown to be as stable and sturdy as natural teeth. Unlike dentures, single implant-supported crowns do not have to be removed for maintenance, and they’re supported directly by the jaw bone through the connection implant fixture so that adjacent teeth are not affected in any way.

Let our team help you restore your smile, chewing ability, and speak again with confidence!

Though traditional dentures restore life-changing aesthetics to your smile, patients are often uncomfortable with the way they shift and move in their mouth. Implant dentures and partials allow patients to replace missing teeth with a long-lasting, stable prosthesis that won’t shift. Our providers team is an expert in implant prosthodontic dentistry, and they will work tirelessly to give you a comfortable, confident implant denture that looks and feels completely natural. At Aghbashian Dental, we offer both partial and full implant supported dentures to meet the needs of patients with missing teeth. If you are missing one or multiple teeth, partial implant dentures offer a secure, stable solution. For patients with full arches of missing teeth, or those who are missing most of their teeth, full implant dentures can restore the function and aesthetics of your smile.

Full implant dentures are designed to replace the upper, lower, or both arches of your teeth. In order to have full implant dentures placed, any remaining teeth must be extracted. For this reason, we only recommend full implant dentures for patients missing a large number of their teeth.

Let our team help you restore your smile, chewing ability, and speak again with confidence!

Root canal treatment is necessary when the nerve, the soft tissue inside the root canal, becomes inflamed or infected and the infection starts spreading into the supporting tissue and bone. The inflammation or infection can have a variety of causes:

  • Aggressively deep tooth decay ( cavity )
  • Fractured or cracked tooth
  • Repeated dental procedures on the tooth
  • An injury to a tooth may cause nerve damage even if the tooth has no visible chips or cracks.

If nerve inflammation or infection is left untreated, it can cause pain or lead to an abscess.

Dr. Aghbashian pays exceptional attention to remove discomfort from emergency pulp treatment and root canal procedures. After he makes a small access in the affected tooth, he removes the dead or infected pulp tissue and replaces it with special in canal filling material that seals the tooth and prevents reinfection. Dr. Aghbashian usually performs this procedure when the tooth and the supporting tissue around it are profoundly numbed with local anesthesia.

Root canals, with modern technology and treatment, can be efficient and effectively done with minimal discomfort. In fact, a root canal procedure carried out by our skilled specialist has the potential to be virtually painless.

Your bone and gum tissue should fit snugly around your teeth like a turtleneck. When you have periodontal disease, this supporting tissue and bone start to degenerate and get damaged, forming "pockets" around the teeth. Over time, these pockets become deeper, providing a larger space for bacteria to thrive and wreak havoc.

As bacteria accumulate and advance under the gum tissue in these deep pockets, additional bone and tissue loss follows. Eventually, if too much bone is lost, the teeth will need to be extracted.

Gum surgery covers a wide range of surgical procedure that aims to restore or / and maintain tooth supporting tissue. It could a wide range of procedure like :

  • Lifting back the gums to remove tartar deposits in deep pockets
  • Surgical Intervention to reduce the periodontal pocket and make it easier for the patient and the dental professional to keep the area clean and maintain it properly. Pocket reduction procedure is recommended if daily at-home oral hygiene and a professional care routine cannot effectively reach these deep pockets.
  • Crown Lengthening procedure to expose healthier and sound tooth structure
  • Soft and hard tissue graft for surgical correction of generalized or localized gum and bone defect to cover an exposed root surfaces and protect the tooth.
  • Osseous surgery to smooth irregular surfaces of the damaged bone and to limit areas where disease-causing bacteria can hide. This allows the gum tissue to better reattach to healthy bone.

Teeth Whitening

Having a beautiful smile may be even easier than you think. Many people achieve the look they’ve been dreaming of with our simple “whitening” procedure.

Tooth staining can occur naturally due to aging or the consumption of certain foods and drinks like soda or coffee.

In Office Zoom Teeth Whitening

In recent years, advancements in whitening technology has allowed dentists to whiten the teeth without damaging or negatively impacting the important outer layer of the tooth. Most whitening methods are similar, however some are more effective depending on the material used. Unlike over-the-counter whitening systems that tend to fail to produce noticeable results, the treatments offered in our practice are able to deliver as advertised. Performed by our highly trained dental experts, you’ll immediately notice the difference after a single treatment.

Take Home Teeth Whitening

An impression is taken to make a specialized “mouthguard” or “stent” to hold the bleach against the teeth. The material is used each night for about 10-20 minutes, and at the end of this time, significant whitening will occur. In some cases, the change is nothing short of brilliant. For confidence in appearance, bleaching technology allows us to promise improvements in yellowing, aging, or stained teeth. For very severely stained teeth may be more appropriate.
